Welcome to Elara Experiences. By booking a travel package or trip through Elara Experiences, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they outline your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases and cancellations.

Service Fees

Elara Experiences charges a service fee of 15% on the total cost of your booked travel package, including accommodations and activities organized by us. Should you request booking services for flights, the 15% service fee will also apply to the cost of the flight tickets.


Full payment of the travel package, including the service fee, is required at the time of booking. Acceptable payment methods will be specified at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation of bookings must be notified to Elara Experiences via email (info@elaraexperiences.com) or any other means provided at the time of booking. The following cancellation fees apply based on the notice period prior to the start date of your trip:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled start of the stay.
  • 50% Refund: Cancellations made 4 days before the scheduled start of the stay.
  • 25% Refund: Cancellations made 3 days before the scheduled start of the stay.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled start of the stay.

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within a certain number of days of receiving the cancellation notice.

Changes by Us

Elara Experiences reserves the right to make changes or cancellations to the services offered at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or beyond our control. In the event of significant alterations, all reasonable steps will be taken to offer a comparable alternative. If the alternative is not acceptable, a full refund will be offered.


Elara Experiences shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by you as a result of any actions or omissions outside of our control, including but not limited to changes in the services of accommodation or transport providers, strikes, sickness, theft, delay, or cancellation.

Travel Insurance

Elara Experiences strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical expenses, loss of luggage, and other potential travel disruptions. While we strive to provide a premium travel experience, it is important for travelers to understand that Elara Experiences is not liable for any incidents or losses incurred during your travel that are beyond our control, including but not limited to accidents, illnesses, theft, or changes to travel plans. Ensuring that you have adequate travel insurance will protect you against these risks and provide peace of mind throughout your journey.
